Nutley Police: Bagpipes Stolen After St. Patty's Parade
Oh Danny Boy, the pipes, the pipes are missing.
Here's a story some readers might find a tad deflating.
Nutley Police say that a set of bagpipes were stolen after the St. Patrick's Day Parade on March 2.
According to a Nutley police report, following the parade, a member of the Emerald Society visited the Nutley Elks Club. Shortly after 5:30 p.m., the marcher reportedly put his bagpipes on the a pool table to use the bathroom.
When they returned, someone had reportedly stolen the bagpipes.
The victim told police that the Bagpipes had a saying etched into them and estimated their value at $3,000.

I would have thought in this day and age people would understand "PATTY" is a Inoffensive name for an Irishman! Unreal and insulting!

I think it's more insulting to think that someone would steal the bagpipes, especially at the Elks Club. I can't believe no one saw anything!
