Here’s a sample of what’s going on in Nutley and Belleville in the coming week:

The Nutley Little Theater’s production of the David Mamet classic “Glengarry Glen Ross” opens this week. Showtimes are 8 pm Feb. 8,9, 15,16,21,22 and 23 and 2 pm Feb. 10,17 and 23. Click here for tickets or more information.

The Knitting Club meets Feb. 5 from 7 to 8 pm at the Nutley Public Library, 93 Booth Drive.

Meanwhile, at the Belleville Public Library, “Get Your Game On” will be held Friday from 3 to 5 pm. Participants can compete at cards, board games and on the Wii against other participants. The library is located at 221 Washington Ave.

The Belleville Township Council meets Feb. 4 at 7 pm, and the zoning board meets Feb. 7 also at 7 pm. Both meetings will be held at town hall, 152 Washington Ave.

The Nutley Board of Commissioners meets Feb. 5 at 7 pm at the municipal building, 1 Kennedy Drive.
