Come join us for a FREE group workout on Wednesdays. Workouts will start with a weigh-in and measurements prior to the first workout. All new clients get a free assessment with SportsCare Physical Therapy (which is located upstairs from the training studio). Workouts include a variety of training from weight training, kickboxing, yoga and functional training.

Honorees this year are Peg Sullivan Belleville Irish woman of the Year. Peg is a long time member and officer as well as being very active with the Parish of St. Peter in Belleville. Ed Saegers is the Belleville Irishman of the year. Ed is a long time member who has been very active in the community and is currently President of the Lyons Club.
