P.J. Story Time at Nutley Library

Monday  7pm – 8pm
Children of all ages and their caregivers enjoy a cozy evening a the library. Make yourself comfortable, put on your pajamas and slippers, then come and meet us by the fireplace in the Children’s Room.  Registration is not required.

Blood Pressure Screening

Monday  6:30pm – 7:30pm  &  Tuesday  1:30pm – 3pm
Walk-in Clinic - To identify clients with elevated blood pressures. No appointment needed.

Rent Leveling Board Meeting

Come join us for a FREE group workout on Wednesdays. Workouts will start with a weigh-in and measurements prior to the first workout.  All new clients get a free assessment with SportsCare Physical Therapy (which is located upstairs from the training studio).  Workouts include a variety of training from weight training, kickboxing, yoga and functional training.

YES it is safe to donate blood!   Generally, people in good health are eligible to donate. Blood donors must be 16 years of age or older. There are no upper age limits. You should eat meals at regular times.
