TNT Fitness is hosting its 3rd Workshop in Partner (Couple) Yoga / Thai Massage with Melinda Erickson & Kimma Stark
Sunday, September 9th from 5:00 - 6:30 p.m.
Partner Yoga is the art of using each other's body weight and breath to open and warm the body.
Thai Massage cultivates loving kindness or "Metta" in combination with bodyweight and mindfulness.
$35 early bird pre - registration before Aug. 31st / $45
Kimma and Melinda are both certified Yoga teachers and in Thai Massage.
