TNT Fitness Studio (previously known as LYFE Fitness) will be hosting an Open House on Sunday, June 3rd from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Come on down to experience the best in group fitness classes with some of the areas well known instructors of Zumba®, Zumba® Toning, Boot Camp, Cardio Kick, Yoga, Pilates, Bar Fit and Personal Training. 

We will also have an array of children's classes beginning in June.  Some of the classes being offered are Kids Yoga, Ballet, Creative Movement, Zumbatomic®, Mommy/Daddy & Me Yoga.

There is NO MEMBERSHIP required....all classes are pay as you go!!

So come on down and experience a little bit of TNT Fitness!!
