Halloween, Comic Books and Football Highlight the Weekend

The Nutley Parks and Recreation department holds a Haunted Halloween Party and Hayride at the Parks and Rec building on Friday from 6:30 until 8:30. 

On Saturday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Belleville offers Halloween fun at the high school fields, with pumpkin patches, hayrides and more.

Nutley High School varsity football takes on neighboring Bloomfield on Saturday night at 7 at Bloomfield’s Foley Field.

This weekend, Nutley’s Comic Explosion on Centre Street is taking part in Halloween comic fest this weekend, and are giving away free comics including Thor, Batman Long Dark Halloween and Ultimate Spider-man. 

The last Nutley Farmers Market of the year will be held on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Municipal Parking Lot #1. For the last time until next summer, residents can purchase fresh produce, cheese, artisan breads and more.
