Roadwork on Bloomfield Ave. in Nutley originally scheduled for Wednesday continues Thursday. Expect portions of the road to be closed during construction hours.
Nutley Schools are closed on Friday for Professional Day.
Saturday, Nutley holds a Leaf Bag Distribution Day and Food Drive. From 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., residents can pick up their free 10 bio-degradable bags from the Public Works Garage at 1 Cortland Street. For more information contact the Department of Public Works at (973) 284-4984 Monday thru Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
