American Properties Hosts Fall Festival at its Luxury Townhome Development, Van Houten Manor

American Properties, an award winning, family-owned, New Jersey-focused, LEED Certified home builder, invites brokers to attend its Fall Festival, a special event hosted at its luxury townhome community, Van Housten Manor. Located at 410 Howe Avenue in Passaic, N.J., the event will be held on October 3, 2013, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.  Broker agents are invited to tour the community’s fully-furnished and professionally decorated models, which are now for sale, and take advantage of exciting, exclusive incentives.

Incentives will encourage brokers to visit the Van Houten Manor property and see what luxuries it has to offer. Realtor incentives include an entry into a $1,000 gift card raffle if the realtor shows a Van Houten Manor home to a client between Wednesday, October 2nd and Friday, November 15th, 2013. Brokers are eligible to participate in a give away for two Kindle Fire tablets and are invited to enjoy a full lunch spread, catered by Sun Bank.

“We are looking forward to providing the perfect opportunity for interested brokers to visit, learn more about the community and find out why current homeowners love Van Houten Manor,” said Paul Csik, Senior Vice President of American Properties. “Once a real estate broker sees the community’s luxury, maintenance-free living and affordable price points, we hope they will want their clients to call it home.”
