New Website Offers Information, Resources and Help for Students with Autism The Phoenix Center Launches New Website

Nutley, New Jersey - In celebration of Autism Awareness Month, The Phoenix Center, a nationally accredited private, not for profit special education school in Nutley, New Jersey, is announcing the launch of its new website at www.thephoenixcenternj.org.

“Our new site not only introduces visitors to our school, it serves as a resource to families and educators affected by autism spectrum disorders and related disabilities,” said Dr. Geraldine Gibbia, Executive Director of The Phoenix Center.

The site features a blog called Family Stress Savers, with tips and ideas from experts at the school on topics ranging from food allergies to getting through the stress of a haircut.  A special parent resources section offers an alphabetical list of disability-related organizations, camps, support groups, publications, advocacy and legal resources, and statewide organizations.
