Essex County Celebrates Women’s History Month

Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr., hosted the Annual Essex County Women's History Month Program at the Essex County Hall of Records on Monday, March 31. 

During the ceremony, the Executive presented the 2014 Essex County Althea Gibson Leadership Awards to Heidi Reifenberg, quality assurance coordinator at the Essex County Correctional Facility; Sandra James, health services administrator with Corizon, which provides medical services at the Essex County Juvenile Detention Center; Nancy Hamstra, chief operating officer at University Hospital; and Dr. Tobechukwu Clouden, psychiatrist at the Essex County Hospital Center.
