Neighborhood Celebrates 4th of July with a Block Party

Moms and pops were clearly having a great time sharing some laughs and food with their neighbors, as Vernon Cabalfin provided the music from his booming sound system.

Grateful neighbors point to Patty Piegaro as the one responsible for making their yearly block party happen.

"We just come out like this every year," said Patty, "and wait for the fireworks."

Overlook Road sure had a good view of the fireworks from Belleville High. By nightfall, they would simply pull out their recliners by the roadside, and watch the magic happen in the sky.
