Nutley to Screen 'Willy Wonka' in Drive-in Movie Night

Original Willy Wonka will screen in 'nostalgia event' for Nutley families.

Nutley families are invited to take a look into a world of pure imagination.

Nutley Public Works Commissioner Dr. Joseph Scarpelli announced that on Friday, Sept. 6 there will be a Drive-in Movie Night in Municipal Parking Lot 1 with an outdoor screening of the original Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory starring Gene Wilder.

“We want to welcome families back from the summer with a nostalgic event,” said Commissioner Scarpelli.  “Most parents with young children have never been to a drive-in, so we decided to show a movie that they may remember from their youth."
