Belleville Richard Yanuzzi told the New York Times that the Super Bowl isn’t lighting up his East Rutherford cigar business the way he hoped.

Yanuzzi, a former school board member and current present of Belleville’s library board of trustees, told the Times he planned to capitalize on the Big Game’s proximity to his Cigar Emporium smokeshop by creating a line of Super Bowl themed cigars and adorning his shop with a banner.

His plans were reportedly halted by copyright concerns and now he, like many merchants local to Giants stadium, worries that he may not see any increased in business from the Super Bowl.
