NCJW/Essex Convenes "One Billion Rising" in Essex County

NCJW/Essex,
along with the support of many organizations and individuals is convening
"One Billion Rising" in Essex County to add local voices to a
worldwide event.  This is a FREE public
gathering to call for an end to violence, and for justice and gender
equality.  The event will be informative
and there will be resources to address violence against women and girls.  All attendees will receive a complimentary
