Sing for Life Karaoke Fundraiser

ABSOLUTE KARAOKE owner, David Nixon (Belleville Resident), today announced he, Rail Road Café, and The Concert for the Caring will
host, The Sing for Life Fundraiser for Giza on Saturday, April 26, 2014, at
7:30pm at Rail Road Café, 170 Union Avenue, East Rutherford, NJ.  Cost is $25.00 per person if you are having
the buffet. No admission to karaoke, or attend, however, donations will be
accepted to participate in the Sing for Life and for tricky tray tickets.  Proceeds will be used for Giza’s on-going
medical costs. 

Giza is a happy two year old
who loves to sing and dance.  You would
never know that she was diagnosed with Bilateral Retinoblastoma (cancer) at the
young age of 10 months.  Through the ups
and downs of the past year of treatment, medical bills, and lost wages, the
family is left overwhelmed.  “I’ve wanted
to do something for this family ever since I met Rebecca, Giza’s mom,” says
David.  “Knowing she is a Desert Storm
Veteran who served our Country, I had to give back. My dad is also a veteran (Vietnam) and knowing firsthand how
proud he is, I know that Rebecca hates asking for help, so I volunteered and
brought Rail Road café and Concert for the Caring along for the ride.”

The event will feature a pasta
buffet, karaoke, and tricky tray. Concert for the Caring is a  nonprofit organization whose purpose is to provide
a unique and compelling event that gathers communities together, mobilizing
their caring power to help their neighbors in need.  Absolute
Karaoke took charge and got everyone working together to make this event
happen…and Rail Road Café is providing the space, give-a-ways & the buffet.
