NJ Transit trains will operate on a weekend/major holiday schedule. There will be extra rail service on to accommodate travelers to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Bus schedules will vary by route.

Starting at 1 p.m. Thursday, NJ Transit will offer early getaway service from rail lines in Newark and New York City and on select bus routes from the Port Authority Bus Terminal. On Friday, all rail lines will operate on a modified weekday schedule with additional New York-bound trains on the Northeast Corridor and Morris & Essex lines between 10 a.m. and noon. Some early morning trains will not operate.
PATH trains will operate on a Sunday schedule.
