Nutley's Robert M. Kennedy, 55, of Nutley, Passes

The following is courtesy the Biondi Funeral Home in Nutley.

Mr. Robert M. Kennedy, 55, of Nutley, passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Paterson after a brief illness.

A memorial visitation will be held at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Thursday, October 24, from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. There will be a memorial mass celebrated at St. Mary's Church, Nutley on Friday, October 25 at 10:30 a.m. 

Bob was born in Passaic, NJ and resided in Nutley for twenty-seven years. He was a graduate of New England College, Henniker, New Hampshire with a communications degree. He worked as a publications specialist for ITT Avionics, Clifton, NJ for more than twenty-five years before leaving to pursue his passion for appraising and selling rare and antiquarian books. He enjoyed all things literary, music, the arts, collecting and especially the Jersey shore. He had a huge heart, a generous spirit and took pleasure in every aspect of his life. Bob loved his family and friends dearly. 

He is survived by his beloved wife of twenty-seven years Nancy (nee Camiscioli) Kennedy; his son Robert and his daughter Mariel; his brothers Joseph, Patrick and John Kennedy; his sisters-in-law Arlene, Christine, Lisa and Susan; his brother-in-law Raymond Camiscioli and his beloved aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Bob is predeceased by his parents Dr. Joseph and Muriel (nee Keyser) Kennedy.

The family wishes to thank the critical care unit at St. Joseph's Hospital, Paterson, NJ.
