Explosion Rocks Nutley Neighborhood
Device exploded Saturday night near Prospect and Centre streets, shattering windows but resulted in no injuries.
There were no injuries when a device exploded Saturday night in the area of Prospect and Centre Streets in Nutley, the Essex County Prosecutor's Office said.
The device was located near the curb of the roadway with the explosion shattering windows in the area at about 8:45 p.m. Saturday, the prosecutor's office said.
The Essex County Major Crimes Task Force and the Nutley Police Department continue to investigate the incident. Anyone with information, can contact the task force detectives at 877-847-7432 or 973-621-4586.
