Fire Crews Battling Columbia Avenue Blaze
Nutley, Belleville fire fighters respond to fire first spotted in residence's basement.
Firefighters from Nutley and Belleville are working to extinguish a fire that reportedly started in the basement of a Columbia Avenue residence shortly after noon Sunday, Nutley police said.
The fire is reported to be spreading through the house, as firefighters contend with gusting winds.
Fire officials believe the blaze started as a dry fire and reported no injuries in the incident.
