This project is being conducted under oversight from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA.)  All work is being conducted from the water.  Barge movements up and down the river will require bridge openings along the Passaic River which will impact travel between Nutley and Lyndhurst along Park Avenue.  Attached please find a project flyer from the Lower Passaic River Study Area Cooperating Parties Group detailing project activity along with a barge schedule for August 4, 2013 through August 16, 2013.
