Running in 2, 3-week sessions:
Session I: June 25 - July 13
Session II : August 13 - 31
Students will build strong character while learning yoga movements, creating art, and utilizing song and dance. There is a strong focus on nutrition, and healthy eating, along with self-care will be interwoven into each week's core theme.
