School Concert, Final Car Show of the Season

The Nutley High School Wind ensemble and jazz lab will perform with Australian exchange students at the High School Auditorium from 7–9 on Monday night.

Nutley holds its weekly “Cruisin’ at Nutley” event on Tuesday at 6 p.m. The free classic car show takes place at Municipal Lot No. 1, at the intersection of Franklin Avenue and Williams Street. This is the final night for the car show until the summer.

The Belleville Municipal Council meets at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers at town hall. The Belleville Times reports the Council will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the building after the meeting. 

The Nutley Community Preservation Partnership holds a social at 7:30 Wednesday night at the Nutley Museum. The free event is intended to bring residents together with the governing bodies and boards, including the Township Commissioners, the Zoning, Planning, Library, Rent Leveling and Historical Society Boards, along with the Historic Preservation, Shade Tree and Economic Development Committees.

On Sunday, Nutley holds Civic Pride Day at the Market where residents can meet representatives from Nutley Civic Organizations.
