Dover College announces fall 2012 dean's, honor's lists

Three Belleville residents have been named to the honor’s and dean’s lists at Dover Business College for the fall 2012 quarter. Mary McDonough, PhD, Dover Business College Vice President of Academic Affairs, has announced that students from Essex County, NJ, have been named to the Dean’s and Honor’s Lists at Dover Business College for the Fall 2012 Quarter. Desiree Farinas and Leanne Haynes made the dean’s list, while Nicole Jiminez made the honor’s list. Dover Business College students who achieve a grade point average of 3.8 or better with a minimum of 12 academic credits qualify for the Dean’s List. Students who achieve a grade point average of between 3.5 and 3.79 with a minimum of 12 academic credits qualify for the Honor’s List. The …

More than 400 students from the Clifton and Dover campuses of Dover College earned career-specific diplomas in the fields of healthcare, business and information technology during the Dover Business College Commencement Ceremony held Oct. 13. “Your unwavering commitment to your education has inspired all of us at Dover Business College,” Timothy D. Luing, Dover Business College President, told the graduates. “Many of you have persevered in earning your diplomas while holding down jobs and taking care of your families.
