Free Mental Health Screenings Today at Clara Maass
Screenings include anxiety, depression and stress
Since it is American Heart Month and several patients with heart ailments often suffer from anxiety and/or depression, the Clara Maass Medical Center is offering free, confidential mental health screenings today between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on the third floor of its Continuing Care Building. Among the screenings being offered include those for anxiety, depression, stress, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. There are designed to both educate individuals about signs and symptoms of mental health issues, as well as potential remedies including exercise and medication.
