For on-site space, Schoch told the town board that the state's requirements have been met. He also stated that he was open to working on play space, after the supervisor raised a concern about that, but noted that the site is near other areas to play downtown.

Hi Dana, the tax rate is for Town of New Castle residents who live in the Ossining school district. The section of town that has Ossining schools is the West End, not the hamlet of Chappaqua, which is also part of New Castle and is in the Chappaqua school district. Also, the Ossining school district includes parts of the towns of Ossining and Yorktown.
