Belleville holds its annual Holiday Tree Lighting on Saturday, Dec. 7, at Belleville High School on 100 Passaic Ave.
After 6 p.m., there will be a number of attractions, including visits with beloved characters, children's rides and snack and goods stands run by Belleville organizations.
The tree lighting is scheduled to take place at about 7:45 pm. Santa will be available for pictures with children afterward.
